If it is your life long dream to see Africa's famous Big Five and other wild animals, then our full day safari is just the right tour for you. As our 10 000 ha game reserve  is situated at the Klein Karoo, a semi desert like area, you don't have to worry about the risk of malaria. After we have collected you from your accommodation, you just relax and enjoy the drive in a air-conditioned luxury vehicle. We pass wide cultivated farm land, that stretches as far as you can see.

Cape Town Safari

Description of the Safaris

The scenery changes from minute to minute, at a distance we can already see the Swartberg at the north and the Langeberg and Outeniqua mountains to the South. As the first Europeans settled in the late 17th century, Khoisan people lived in this dry area.

But before we reach the Klein Karoo we encounter the famous Ceres Valley with its beautiful landscapes showing off their colours in the morning light. In winter, Ceres may encounter snow fall and becomes a popular attraction. Ceres is also very popular for hiking fans and in season cherry-picking.

Our last stretch to the game park we travel on a dirt road and the landscape is changing rapidly into a semi desert. Upon arrival we are greeted with a welcome drink.

Soon we are picked up by specialized open 4 x 4 vehicle. Our approximately 2 ½ safari can begin, and we can look forward to see Elephant, Lion, Rhino, African Buffalo, and if your are lucky walk with the giraffes.

Herds of eland, wildebeest, springbok, Zebra, will pass our way.On our last stop we try to spot the shy Hippo in his waters. After return to the lodge you will have a delicious lunch served for many different tastes.

At an extra cost you can experience the cheetah rescue and rehabilitation centre, and if allowed, it depends on the cheetah's mute touch and stroke this greet animal till it purrs, it is the largest cat that is able to do it.
