We carry on with our tour towards Cape Point and we take the most scenic drive South Africa has to offer - Chapman's Peak is a major feat of engineering it's literally carved out of a rock face.

Soon we arrive at the Cape Point Nature Reserve. Flanked by the Atlantic Ocean and False Bay, this rocky cliff paradise is renowned for being at the most South-Western corner of South Africa (and Africa!). For the photographer a dream to capture the mountainous scenery and secluded beaches. Further is the scenery  complimented  by the finest fauna and flora of the Cape Floral Kingdom. The Two Oceans Restaurant got for every taste something nice to offer.
There is still time to walk up or take the funicular up to the Cape Point lighthouse.

Our tour carries on to  Boulders Beach where you can witness African penguins (also known as Jackass penguins) as they wiggle in and out of the water. Boulder Beach is boosting at the moment with more then 3000 penguins.

Just behind the pinguin beach lays Simon's Town the seat of the SA Navy and has a delightful coastal town atmosphere and a vibrant history, showing off with their The South African Navy Museum and The Warrior Toy Museum. From a distance you are able to see the submarines and frigates, that are docked at the Naval Base harbour.
