The holiday apartment is divided over two levels, comprising 2 bedrooms with double beds (100% Cotton Percale Bedlinen) and generous cupboard space, 1 luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, a spacious lounge with Satellite TV, modern kitchen with granite counters and dishwashing machine, and a guest toilet. Guests have a separate drive way with electronic gate and secure parking on the premises. Under floor heating, alarm, telephone, etc. are all provided. The apartment is tastefully and fully furnished and equipped, and is surely one of the most beautiful holiday apartments in Cape Town. A further suite for 2 persons with own bathroom is also available. The holiday apartment offers a stunning view from the large terrace. Enjoy the fantastic 180º view of Table Mountain and the two oceans around Cape Town. A Weber grill, as well as the garden furniture, are supplied. The location of the apartment is extremely central: Cape Town 10 minutes, Stellenbosch 20 minutes, Tygervalley and Canal Walk shopping malls 5 minutes, Ratanga Junction Theme Park 5 minutes, Bloubergstrand beach 10 minutes. A Spar market, as well as post office and banks, are close by. Two golf courses and a driving range are only 5 minutes away. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the Grand West Casino, with its ice skating ring, playground for children and various excellent restaurants. |
